Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The Customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the general and payment conditions transcribed below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided to him pursuant to the aforementioned rules, also taking note that Idea Profumi itself does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
Customer commitments
These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by customers visiting the site www.ideaprofumi.it. before they confirm their purchases. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of these General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance.
The Customer undertakes and undertakes, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in Articles. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree n. 185/1999.
How to purchase
www.ideaprofumi.it is an online site that offers the possibility of purchasing cosmetic products and perfumes. Purchases of the products, available as illustrated and described online in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the customer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time the order confirmation is sent, in addition to the transport costs as follows. specified and in any case displayed at the time of purchase.
Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be summarized the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost in case of purchase of multiple products and the relative transport costs.
By confirming the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive an e-mail message containing the Date and the total amount of his order (only payments by credit card).

Payments
The payment of the products purchased and the relative shipping costs must be made by the customer at the time of the order confirmation through the use of one of the cards credit cards available and indicated online, or in advance by bank transfer.
Payment with Paypal
The PAYPAL payment platform is the most used in the world for its security. Your purchase is protected, with maximum security. At no time do we have access to your credit card as the transaction is 100% carried out by the PAYPAL secure server.
Payment by bank transfer
Payments can be made by bank transfer in advance, a copy of which must be sent by fax to the fax number specified in the order report. We will not proceed with the processing of the order until the payment is received, ascertained and collected through the banking system.
Cash on delivery
For purchases with cash on delivery, 7.00 Euros are added to the total cost as a contribution to shipping costs. Cash on delivery is available for the purchase of only material goods that can be physically shipped. This means of payment is not offered to the Customer if the items in the cart are not compatible with this type of payment, or if the total weight of the order exceeds the maximum allowed for the related type of shipment.
Delivery of products
The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. The deliveries of the products will take place during all working days. The delivery of the products may be divided, without this implying any responsibility for Idea Profumi.
Delivery times
Orders will be processed within 48/72 working hours, excluding holidays from receipt (times may vary depending on the payment method chosen). Before collecting the product, the customer is required to check that the package is intact, not damaged or wet.
Warranty
Purchases made on the website www.ideaprofumi.it are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. If you have made a mistake in your order and you have received an item you did not want, you have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product. We will accept without hesitation the return of any item, as long as it is in perfect condition, refunding the full amount (except for packaging and shipping costs, as required by Italian law).

Jurisdiction and competent court
This contract will be governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the same contract, the territorial jurisdiction lies with the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.
