The cost of collection by courier arranged by IdeaProfumi.it is €10.00 , deducted from the refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. The refund (total amount paid, less the costs indicated above) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item at the warehouse.

In the case of issuing vouchers or credit notes, they are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

8. Damaged or lost products

• Damaged : Report damage promptly (within 10 days) with a photo of the box, product video, identification, and a signed declaration. Your legal warranty rights (2 years pursuant to Article 132 of the Consumer Code) remain intact. We will send a prepaid label.
• Loss : We initiate an investigation (up to 30 days). If the courier confirms the loss, a full refund will be issued.
• Package empty upon delivery : refuse delivery and file an immediate complaint with the courier. The packing video can be presented at the official headquarters.
