At IdeaProfumi.it, we sell exclusively original perfumes , authentic cosmetics , and certified beauty products . This isn't just a slogan: it's a fundamental choice that guides every aspect of our work, from supplier selection to package delivery.

Where do our products come from?

Every item in our catalog is original, intact, and compliant with the manufacturer's standards .

We source our supplies through two types of channels, both legitimate and traceable :

Brand-authorized distributors — direct, documented business relationships, with invoices and delivery notes certifying the official supply chain.
Professional industry operators (independent distributors, EU stockists, legitimate parallel importers) — selected through consolidated due diligence procedures: VAT verification, Chamber of Commerce registrations, business history, bank references, and, where applicable, quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, AEO). We purchase only from counterparties who can demonstrate the legitimate origin of the goods (upstream purchase invoices, customs documents, declarations of conformity).

We do not purchase on anonymous gray markets, from private sellers, or from channels that do not offer documentary guarantees regarding the origin and integrity of the product.

We are an Italian company headquartered in Battipaglia (Salerno), operating since 2006, with a verifiable VAT number and a transparent supply chain.

How we guarantee the authenticity of every order

Verification doesn't stop at purchase: it extends to delivery.

Incoming inspection — each product is inspected (packaging, batch codes, seals, sample aesthetic/olfactory compliance) before being put into storage.
Internal traceability — every movement is recorded in the management system (supplier batch, entry date, warehouse location, operator).
Preparation under continuous video surveillance — the packaging video (with timestamp and order ID) certifies that the products placed in the box are exactly those ordered and verified.
Proprietary seal — exclusive, non-reproducible white/pink adhesive tape that indicates any tampering during transportation.
Complete document archive — purchase invoices, delivery notes, transport documents, supplier declarations, video packing: stored and exhibitable exclusively to official authorities (judicial authorities, Guardia di Finanza, Postal Police, Carabinieri, Court, Chamber of Commerce, AGCM) upon formal request from the competent authority.

Our fight against counterfeiting

Counterfeiting harms consumers, brands, and the market. We fight it with:

Rigorous selection of suppliers (not just "certified", but verified ).
Physical and documentary checks on each batch.
Transparency towards the customer: upon request, we assist in direct product verification (batch code, packaging, seals, olfactory consistency).

If you believe in good faith that you have received a non-original product, we invite you to formally file a complaint with the relevant authorities (Financial Police, Postal Police, or Carabinieri). We will provide the authorities with all supply chain documentation to officially demonstrate the authenticity of each individual item shipped.

Important notice for those who claim that our products are fake

IdeaProfumi.it sells only original products . We affirm this with the knowledge that we can prove it in any context.

Anyone who claims—publicly, on social media, on review platforms, or in private contexts—that our products are counterfeit or non-original, without objective and verifiable basis , assumes full civil and criminal liability (Article 595 et seq. of the Criminal Code; compensation for damages pursuant to Articles 2043 and 2051 of the Civil Code).

Anyone who believes in good faith that they have received a non-original product is formally requested to file a complaint with the Guardia di Finanza, Postal Police, or Carabinieri. We will provide the authorities with all documentation (invoices, delivery notes, video packing, supplier declarations) to officially prove authenticity.

We will not accept requests for returns, refunds, or compensation based on mere allegations of non-authenticity without objective evidence. Unfounded complaints will be reported to the competent authorities as attempted fraud (Article 640 of the Italian Criminal Code). We reserve all civil and criminal rights.
