Delivery times
An approximate delivery date is provided at the time of purchase. Please refer to the date indicated.
All shipments are processed the same day and are dispatched by 3pm. All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next business day.
There are no shipments on Saturdays and Sundays but orders are always processed and prepared for departure on the next working day.
The courier responsible for delivering the packages is GLS.
A shipping code will be provided for each order to help you track the arrival of your package.
Important information
Our boxes have a unique adhesive tape (white and pink) - when the customer receives a box without this tape, or there is another adhesive tape on top - the customer must refuse to accept the package and ask the carrier to send it back
The customer cannot accept a box that is damaged or tampered with in any way. He must refuse acceptance, report to the protocol and ask the carrier to send it back
If these conditions are not met, we will refuse the refund.
If the customer opens the box and it is empty, he must file a complaint with the carrier. We are unable to do anything about it. The carrier is subject to criminal offense and the customer, as the one who was robbed, must file a complaint. We will provide you with all the assistance necessary to prove that the package left with the purchased products. We will provide a video proof of the packaging in which we put the product in the box. All stages of the order are video-monitored.
Damaged product delivered
10 days to report the damage.
We require sufficient proof necessary to accept the claim.
Whenever an item is damaged, we ask the end customer for the following information:
Photo of the box + video of the broken products
Identification
Signed declaration that the product arrived damaged
For damaged items we send you a return label
Product loss during transport
When we get a certificate of non-receipt, we start the investigation which can take up to 1 month.
Until the investigation is completed, we cannot guarantee a refund.
If the product is lost, we will refund. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will also refund.
The package is blocked during transport
If there is no movement for more than 3 days, write to us, we will unblock the shipment.
If there is no movement for more than 14 calendar days, we will issue a refund.
